This game uses the same ROM in all regions. This ROM is in Japanese on Japanese systems and in English on all other systems. Therefore, if you have a Japanese Mega Drive, you can use the US version of the game with it and it will play in Japanese. In an emulator such as Gens, simply set the region to Japanese.
