Some names in the Japanese version differ from the official English localization.

Fichina is an interesting case. Fortuna was the dinosaur planet from the original Star Fox. Star Fox 64's localizers mistakenly believed that Fichina was intended to be the same planet. This mistake was corrected in Star Fox Assault, which featured both Fichina and Fortuna. The error was also corrected in the 3DS remake.
